Production Release 1.0.0 of jFin DateMath

Release
The first production release of jFin DateMath is out. This is a minor code clean up after six months of testing:
- Added getAdjustedPaymentCalendar() to AccrualPeriod.
- Added daily and weekly frequencies to Frequency.
- Removed 'noisy' logging as info from ISMA Actual Actual default implementation.
- Renamed ScheduleGenerator2 to TypedScheduleGenerator.
- Removed deprecated accessors from Period.
